Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Voice2Jobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voice2Jobs, Inc.

2. Service Description

Voice2Jobs is an AI-powered platform designed for contractors and construction professionals. The Platform provides the following core services:

  • Voice-to-Quote AI: Convert voice recordings in 16 supported languages into structured, professional quotes with line items, pricing, and scope of work descriptions.
  • Quote & Invoice Management: Create, edit, send, and track quotes and invoices. Convert quotes to invoices. Export to PDF.
  • Client Management: Store and manage client information including name, email, phone, and address.
  • Team Collaboration: Invite team members, set approval thresholds, and manage workflows across your organization.
  • Ask Documents AI: Upload documents and ask questions using AI-powered analysis.
  • Pricing Rules: Define standard pricing rules for your team to ensure consistent quoting.
  • Audit Vault: Immutable, long-term storage of job site documentation and photographs.
  • Referral Program: Earn credits by referring other contractors to the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use Voice2Jobs, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current registration information.
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
  • Notifying Voice2Jobs immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Voice2Jobs offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter (Free): Up to 5 quotes per month, 10 AI minutes, and basic templates.
  • Professional ($39.99/mo): Unlimited quotes, 15 hours of AI voice processing, all templates, and email sending.
  • Business ($149.99/mo): Everything in Professional, plus team management for up to 5 members, Ask Documents AI, and Pricing Rules.
  • Enterprise ($499/mo): Everything in Business, plus unlimited AI, team management for up to 15 members, Audit Vault with 7-year retention, and priority support.

All paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page; however, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Voice2Jobs reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. AI-Powered Features

Voice2Jobs uses AI models (powered by Google Gemini) to provide voice transcription, quote generation, language translation, document analysis, and text refinement. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI outputs are provided as suggestions only and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before sending it to clients or using it for business purposes.
  • AI services depend on third-party infrastructure and may experience downtime, degraded performance, or changes in capability.
  • Voice recordings are processed server-side for transcription and are not permanently stored after processing is complete.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

The account owner is solely responsible for all quotes, invoices, and communications sent through the Voice2Jobs platform. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

  • Voice2Jobs is NOT liable for any errors in AI-generated quotes, estimates, transcriptions, or analyses.
  • Voice2Jobs is NOT liable for any financial loss, damages, or disputes arising from quotes or invoices generated by or sent through the Platform.
  • Voice2Jobs is NOT liable for translation errors, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies in voice transcription or document analysis.
  • Voice2Jobs provides tools to assist with quoting and invoicing but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.
  • THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Team Features & Responsibilities

Business and Enterprise plan subscribers may invite team members to collaborate on the Platform. Team owners acknowledge and agree that:

  • Team owners are responsible for all activity performed by their team members on the Platform.
  • Team owners may set approval thresholds requiring quotes or invoices above a certain value to be reviewed before sending.
  • Team members operate under the team owner's subscription plan, theme settings, and pricing rules.
  • Removing a team member revokes their access immediately but does not delete quotes or invoices they created.

8. Audit Vault

The Audit Vault feature (available on Enterprise plans) provides immutable, long-term storage for job site documentation. The Audit Vault is subject to the following terms:

  • Records stored in the Audit Vault are retained for 7 years.
  • Audit Vault records are immutable — they cannot be deleted, modified, or tampered with by any party, including Voice2Jobs.
  • The Audit Vault is designed to support regulatory and compliance requirements for construction industry record-keeping.
  • Data stored in the Audit Vault cannot be removed upon request due to its immutable nature, except as required by applicable law.
  • Audit Vault data is retained for the full 7-year period regardless of account or subscription status.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Voice2Jobs systems.
  • Use the Platform to generate intentionally misleading or deceptive quotes or invoices.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Voice2Jobs services without prior written consent.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code to the Platform.
  • Abuse the AI features by submitting excessive, automated, or non-business-related requests.

10. Intellectual Property

The Voice2Jobs platform, including its software, design, branding, AI models, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Voice2Jobs, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create through the Platform (quotes, invoices, client data, uploaded documents). You grant Voice2Jobs a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

11. Data Collection & Privacy

Voice2Jobs collects and processes user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined therein, including voice recordings, documents, client information, payment details, and usage analytics. Voice2Jobs operates in compliance with GDPR, PIPEDA, and CCPA.

12. Termination

Voice2Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Use. You may also delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.
  • Your data will be deleted in accordance with the retention policy for your subscription tier.
  • Audit Vault data (if applicable) will be retained for the full 7-year period regardless of account status.
  • Outstanding subscription charges remain due and payable.
  • Team members under your account will lose access immediately.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICE2JOBS, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICE2JOBS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOICE2JOBS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Modifications to Terms

Voice2Jobs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Platform.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.
